Offer:  one fully furnished room available for female (only face to face viewing)
Location: Schieweg, Rotterdam, which is in center of the city Rotterdam. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, library, metro and tram station are just downstairs in walking distance. Cycling 10 min to Erasmus University. Roommate is Erasmus master student.
Room and Price:  One rooms is 19m2 with price 850euro and is fully furnished with bed, cupboard, study desk and chair. The refrigerator and washing machine are present in the kitchen. The rent price is all including energy cost (pre-estimated 90 euro monthly depends on the bill from the energy company), internet, and city tax. Registration possible. Deposit: equal to 2 months rent. Registration possible for the big room.
Request: prefer female master student, at least 2th or 3th year bachelor student. No party, no dirty, no noise person. Rent contract is at least one year with possibility of extension for another one year.
Interested: please send completed information about yourself, such as age, gender, nationality, which university/which subject studying?  master student/bachelor student ?which year? Move in date and rent period. Will not get response without sending complete information about yourself. Only face to face view is possible if you meet the requirements. The copy of passport, ID card, and student card/enrolment letter/ are asked for signing the rent contract.
