A fully furnished room is available in a stylishly decorated luxury apartment located in the heart of Rotterdam, just a 5-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station.

The monthly rent includes high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, and full use of all shared facilities. You'll have access to the entire apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023 and features a modern fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, air conditioning, a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious living room, a balcony, and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views.

I am looking for a clean, respectful, and easy-going flatmate who appreciates a peaceful home and is happy to help keep the apartment clean and tidy. We will be sharing the apartment. As I regularly travel abroad for work, I am away several days each week, so you'll often have the apartment largely to yourself.
