About the place

Room for rent in a fully furnished, stylishly furnished luxury apartment in the center of Rotterdam, a 5-minute walk from Central Station. 

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and features a luxury kitchen with all appliances, Airconditioning, a luxurious bathroom, a spacious living room, a balcony, and a roof terrace with a view.

An LGBTQ-friendly household, and I find it important that everyone feels safe and comfortable here. In addition, I am only looking for someone who is tidy and clean, and who helps keep everything neat and fresh together with me. We live together, and I myself am abroad for work a few days a week.
