A furnished room is available in a spacious and modern apartment located on Schiekade in Rotterdam (Provenierswijk), in a very central area within walking distance of Rotterdam Central Station. The room is approximately 13 m² and includes access to a shared balcony with a garden view. It comes with a new 160 cm boxspring bed, a wardrobe (to be installed at the end of the bed along the side wall), a desk, and a chair. Dimmable lighting is also installed.

The room has access to the shared balcony and is located on the east side, allowing for morning sunlight.

The apartment itself is spacious (124 m²) and features a large living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower. A washing machine and kitchenware are also available, meaning everything is ready to use.

The location is highly convenient: next to a tram stop, a supermarket, and a small shopping area within a 4-minute walk. Rotterdam Central Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
