About the place

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (main bedroom and a smaller room that can be used as an office, study room or guest room), a toilet, a spacious bathroom with double sink and a shower.
The living room has a new integrated kitchen, laundry/storage room and a balcony. Total size is 85 square meters + a 9 square meters balcony. 
We are currently working on the furnishing purchase as the apartment was previously rented unfurnished.
For this reason we do not have pictures of furnished apartment just yet.The apartment sits in a quiet but very central location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, train, tram, bus and metro station, and it has a canal view.
