I’m an independent filmmaker who has recently relocated to the Netherlands, and I’ve taken on a lease for a beautiful, newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment in Provenierswijk — a very central and well-connected area.
I’m looking for one or two individuals working in the creative industry who value a focused, inspiring living environment shared with like-minded people.
About the Space

• Fully furnished common areas (bedrooms unfurnished)
• Dedicated home office setup — ideal for remote work and creative output
• Washer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave/oven included
• 1 full bathroom + 1 separate toilet
This is not a party house — it’s a calm, respectful space designed for creatives to recharge, stay inspired, and execute their work. Productivity is at the core of how the space is used.
The house will host focused creative sessions — such as podcast recordings, music jams, and collaborative sessions. These are intentional, work-driven environments, not social gatherings.
As we often keep different schedules, finding the right fit is key.

• €1200/month (all utilities included)
• €1200 security deposit
• 3-month provisional period — after which we both decide if it’s a good long-term fit
