About the place

I have a lovely, large room of 15m². The room has central heating, laminate flooring, and double glazing. It's very well located, with tram, bus, and train connections within a 3- to 15-minute walk. There's also a shopping center, Aldi, Liddle, Albert Heijn, McDonald's, KFC, a cinema, theater, and Feyenoord Stadium—everything within a 15-minute walk. So, we have a prime location where people can eat, drink, and enjoy themselves. I'm looking for someone who is quiet and gets along with the three other residents in the house. People who use soft or harsh language are not welcome. The room is available for rent for a minimum of one year. Are you the kind of person who gets along well with others?
