About the place

Fully furnished sublet room, available between 1-2-2026 and 1-9-2026. 
Because it is a sublet, registration at the municipality is not possible. Therefore, this accommodation is suited for people doing an internship or someone who remains registered elsewhere.

- Kitchen and bathroom are shared with two other female tenants 
- Contract with main occupant September 1st - July 31st 2024 or 2025 
- Shopping Centre across the street (Coop supermarket, Aldi)

Apartment
When you enter the 2020 renovated apartment, you will sense a tranquil atmosphere and will be able to hang your coat in the hallway. When you enter the new kitchen, you will see all kitchenware and equipment, such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and a coffee machine. Everything you need to cook is in place, and there is a balcony connected to the kitchen.


Room
The room includes towels and bedding and comes with a private balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun. There is and a built-in closet (1.5 m2), and large drawers under the bed where you can store all your belongings. The room comes with everything (all the equipment) that is needed to study or work. 


Cleaning
The room is delivered clean with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle it with care.
It is requested to keep the common areas clean. Also once a month a cleaning service will stop by to take care of extra cleaning in the common areas. 


Elderly neighbors
The neighbors are friendly, elderly and go to bed early. For their convenience, please do not play music or disturb them after 21:00 PM.


Location
The apartment is located at Pleinweg in the South of Rotterdam. Across the street there is a small shopping center including two supermarkets (a Dutch one and an Aldi). At the end of the Pleinweg the shopping mall ‘Zuidplein’ is located with 160 stores.
The location is easily accessible by public transport, and is only a 15-minute bike ride away from the city center and a 25 minutes ride to ‘Erasmus University’.
