Shared kitchen, shower, and toilet;
Common areas are shared with the other tenants. Common areas are just renovated and also the room.

Important information:
Smoking is not allowed, neither in the room nor in the shared spaces;
Only suitable for a working or studying male;
Rent includes gas, water, electricity, and WiFi;
Upon move-in, the first month’s rent and a security deposit are required.
