Very spacious double bed room located in the flat on the last(3rd )floor with huge windows and much natural  light, quite area, facing no traffic street in historical downtown. Double glass window long aside the wall. Special room lock.
Available high speed cable&wife Internet, indoor locked private bike area; fully equipped kitchen ,bath &sitting area. The common area is shared with other international students.
Available: a double bed , spacious study area(table, computer chair,lamp &library),sitting area with sofa (extra sleep option),armchairs&tea table dining area with table and chairs ; 3 wardrobes.

Possible to be occupied with two persons, but the price adjustment applicable (500eur/monthly).
The registration possible if applicable in line with the Law regulation, and  n/a for a short  rental term. The Government registration City hall taxes are not included in the rent.
