About the place

Temporary sublet! Approx. 6 weeks. Minimum stay 4 weeks.

From 20 January, my two rooms will be available for sublet until 2 March, possibly a few weeks longer, but that is not yet certain.

It concerns two comfortable and well-equipped rooms in an apartment in the heart of Kralingen, Rotterdam: a bedroom with a double bed and your own living room/office.

The apartment is ideally located: only 10 minutes by bike from the city center and 5 minutes from the university. In addition, a cleaner comes once every two weeks.

The rent includes:
    • Bedroom (16 m²): spacious bedroom with a double bed (160×210) and closet space.
    • Private living/working room (17 m²): fully furnished, including a sofa, TV, PS4, Chromecast, desk, desk chair, extra monitor, keyboard and mouse, and a music keyboard.
    • Shared spaces: you share the bathroom and kitchen (with dishwasher) with two working male housemates (24 years old, India; 26 years old, Germany).
    • All costs included, including cleaning of the common areas once every two weeks.
    • Fast fiber-optic internet.

Please note that this is a sublet and most of my belongings will remain in the apartment. In the bedroom, I will clear out half of the closet space.
