About the place

Looking for a temporary place to stay in Rotterdam this summer? From July 1st until August 31st, a spacious room will be available in a friendly and welcoming shared house in a great location.

The room is approximately 23 m² and comes partly furnished. Included are a comfortable sofa, two wardrobes, and two built-in cabinets/display units. Please note that a bed and desk are not included.

You will be sharing the house with five housemates and will have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, and other facilities. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and social: everyone has their own routines and commitments, but housemates also occasionally enjoy dinner, drinks, or other activities together.

One of the highlights of the property is the south-facing balcony, which enjoys sunshine throughout the day — perfect for relaxing, working, studying, or enjoying the summer weather.

The house is conveniently located close to Erasmus University, public transport connections, supermarkets, and Rotterdam city centre, making it an ideal temporary home for anyone staying in Rotterdam during the summer.

Additional opportunity: another room in the same property is expected to become available around the same period. If you are looking for accommodation together with a friend, colleague, or partner, there may be an opportunity to rent rooms in the same house.
