Only 5 minutes away from Rotterdam central train station and 15 minutes by foot. It is also only 10 minutes away from the beautiful Kralingse plas, a perfect spot to hang out on hot summer days. Furthermore it is Located in very close proximity to multiple amenities like supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants. This place is perfect if you’re planning to stay in Rotterdam over the spring and summer period. Details and practicalities will be listed below:

- Period: May 11th – November 9th
- Room: Furnished with a bed, small closet, bureau, chair, small bin and shoe rack
- shared kitchen with everything needed- shared bathroom with shower
- 2 shared toilets
- shared laundry machine & dryer
- price: 950 euro per month (including energy bills) and 200 euro deposit in advance
- Smoking inside and pets are not allowed.
