Looking for a New Housemate in Hillegersberg (Rotterdam)! 🏡

We are looking for a new male housemate between 18 and 24 years old to join our comfortable home in Hillegersberg. The rent is €850 per month excluding gas, water, and electricity, and registration is possible.

The available room is the one shown in the first photo — a spacious, bright room with a bathroom located inside the room itself. You will share this bathroom with the two of us, but the door can of course be locked, so privacy is no problem 😉. The living room and kitchen are shared.

We are both 20 years old, calm, tidy, and sporty. We like to keep the house clean, do our own thing, and occasionally enjoy doing something together. We don’t party until late every weekend, but we do appreciate a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.
