Rotterdam Centraal is a 5-minute bike ride away, making the rest of the city and train connections easy to reach. A supermarket is also within walking distance, so doing your daily groceries is simple.

The house itself is 101m² and you live there with three people in total. The housemates are both around 25 and either finishing their studies or working, so the atmosphere in the house is calm and mature. There is plenty of space in the shared areas and it never feels cluttered or busy. The house also has a large rooftop terrace that gets a lot of sun, which in summer is a great spot to sit outside or have a meal after a long day.
