About the place

A room is available in a cosy ground-floor house near Maashaven metro station. I’m looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable roommate who values a respectful and comfortable living environment.

I enjoy cultural exchange, learning Dutch together, watching movies, and playing games. At the same time, I fully respect your privacy and personal space. In my free time, I usually watch YouTube, go for walks, hang out with friends, or take short trips.

About the house:
The house is fully furnished and has all necessary amenities for daily living. It includes a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV and couch, a dining table, and everything you see in the photos. The house has a private entrance, and your room is the first door on the left.

The location is calm and convenient, with excellent access to public transport, a supermarket, and a shopping center nearby.
Travel times by public transport:

* Rotterdam Central: 17 minutes
* Blaak: 20 minutes
* The Hague: 45 minutes

Paid parking is available within a 2-minute walk. There is also a large back garden that I plan to improve in spring, hopefully turning it into a relaxing space with plants and a BBQ.
