About the place

 The building is located in the south of Rotterdam, near the Maashaven and Zuidplein metro stations, one stop from the Zuidplein shopping center and the Afrikaanderplein (South) market. There's a lawn in front of the building, and this room is next to a spacious balcony. A shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are located on the second floor. There are shared toilets, showers, and kitchens, and a washing machine is provided. The room is furnished with a bed, two small sofas, a small coffee table, and a wardrobe. Kitchenware such as pans, bowls, forks, spoons, and cups is also provided (a small deposit is required).
You can move in immediately with only your personal belongings.
