About the place

From 1 September until the end of December, a furnished room will be available on Meikeverstraat in Kralingen. The rent is €580 per month, including utilities.

The house is approximately a 7-minute bike ride from Erasmus University and 10 minutes from Rotterdam city centre. Oostplein and Gerdesiaweg metro stations are within walking distance, as are Lidl, Dirk and Albert Heijn supermarkets. There is a football and basketball court directly in front of the house, and several restaurants, cafés and bars are located nearby.

You will have two separate rooms: a bedroom with enough space for a double bed and an additional room next to the shower on the second floor, which can be used as a walk-in wardrobe or study room. The rooms are rented furnished, including a bed and desk.

You will share the house with two male housemates. The house also has a shared living room, bathroom, two toilets and a balcony.

We are preferably looking for someone who is nearing the end of their studies or has recently started working.
