Hi house hunter!

I am (unfortunately) moving out of this lovely house, and so I am offering my room for rent for the period between mid-May and the beginning of August. It's a nice room in a quiet house, shared with three others. The housemates are all around 26 years old and have started working recently. Since everyone is busy during the week, it will be quiet from Monday to Friday, but we do cook and eat together, and in the evenings we play games or watch a series. The living room is very spacious for four people, and there's a large garden of 80 m² for when the weather is nice.

The room will be left furnished. Of course, I'll clear out my cabinets for you. The room is 11 m² with a door leading to the garden. The price for the room is 750 euros per month, including gas, water, and electricity.

It's about a 10-minute bike ride or tram ride to Rotterdam Central Station and a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro station. From this metro station, you are within 3 minutes at Schiedam Central Station.
