About the place

Hi!

Because our housemate is moving out, his room on Mathenesserweg is becoming available. It is a nice room in a quiet house, shared with three others. The housemates are all around 27 years old and working. During the week it is usually quiet because everyone is busy, but naturally we cook and eat together, and sometimes play a game or watch a series in the evening.

The living room is very spacious for four people and there is a large garden of 80 m², ideal for when the weather is nice.

The basement room (which, by the way, stays wonderfully cool during the summer months) is delivered furnished. The end date of the sublease is negotiable and must be at least August 1st. So it could also be a bit longer.

It is about a 10-minute bike ride or tram ride to Rotterdam Centraal, and a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro station. From there, you can reach Schiedam Centrum station within 3 minutes. If you have any further questions or would like to stop by or video call, please let me know!
