About the place

Hi student!

A temporary room is available in our house in Rotterdam Oud West. Our place at the Mathenesserlaan is equipped with all comforts, including an espresso machine, record player, a spacious shared living room and a beautiful roof terrace.

This room is 16m2, fully furnished, and has a view over the lovely petanque court. All inclusive monthly costs are 760 euros, and the room is available from this moment on! The supermarket, nice parks and bars are within a couple minutes of walking distance; the city centre and central station are reachable in 10 minutes by bike.

Please Note: the room will be available until 1st of June at least. Likely 1 or 2 months longer. This is up for discussion with the roommate renting out the room!
