About the place

Available immediately: a spacious room of approximately 25 m² in a cozy house in Rotterdam. The room is bright and spacious and comes with its own sink, providing extra comfort and privacy.

The room is rented out unfurnished, but it does include a large wardrobe that can be used. Additional furniture can be arranged upon request and in consultation.

You will be living with three other housemates who are either working professionals or master’s students. The house has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere and is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable temporary place to stay during the summer period. The room is available for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months (negotiable).

The house is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood on a dead-end street, meaning there is very little traffic or noise disturbance. The house is also directly next to the Schie canal. Although there is no private balcony, there is a shared backyard garden where you can relax, have a BBQ, or enjoy the sunshine.
The location is excellent: Delfshaven metro station is only a 2-minute walk away, and Rotterdam Central Station can be reached within approximately 10 minutes by bike. The neighborhood also offers plenty of amenities, including supermarkets, local shops, and many cozy cafés and terraces nearby.
