From 1 st oktober 2026 avaiable. Unique opportunity. For rent a room on a houseboat in the center of Rotterdam for a student. The boat is fully equipped and shared with two other students. This houseboat is located on the louis pregerkade next to the Erasmus bridge, so very central and close two universities and  schools. 

Registration is possible through a briefadres at5 gemeente Rotterdam.We want to sign a 1 year contract. Longer is possible. The 625 euro is exclusive  costs for electricity.  The deposit is 900 euro. Interested to have a look next week, please send me a message with some info about yourself.
