​I have a room available starting January 2026!
​Unfortunately, my current housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for a quiet person to join me in my apartment on the Nieuwe Binnenweg, right in the heart of Rotterdam.
​The Details:
​The Room: Approximately 20 m².
​The Apartment: Fully furnished with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
​Availability: Initially for a period of 6 months.
​Who I’m Looking For:
​A quiet housemate (preferably non-smoking).
​Age between 20 and 35 years old.
​Someone respectful of the home and each other’s personal space.
​About Me:
​I am a 28-year-old professional. I lead a busy but structured life; I work about 50 hours a week and spend my evenings at the gym. I appreciate a calm and tidy environment at home.
