About the place

For rent for English-speaking students, completely furnished houseboat. The boat has 6 sleepingrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and toillets and common kitchen.
Every room has a bed and mattress, cupboards for personal belongings and a table and chair to study. 
The kitchen and the common room are fully furnished, washingmachine is included.

We prefer to sign a contract for one year, but half a year is also possible. We especially invite female tennants to react.Rental period starts at 1 st february 2026.

The boat is centrally located on a quiet location. You can register at gemeente rotterdam for a bsn number etc.

The deposit is one month rent so 700 euro..
