About the place

We, 3 students, are looking for a new  roommate. We’re looking for female only.
I, Emma, have a cat so extra points if you are a cat person! 
The rental period is until May 1st (3 months) for now, but can most likely be extended until September when another roommate takes over the main lease. 
About the house: 
Your room is unfurnished (except the small closet in the room, and theres some mattresses currently not in use), but you also have extra storage for your clothes in a closet in the hallway. 
The kitchen is huge and comes with all kinds of appliances. There is also a shared dining and living room. There is a washing machine and dryer. There’s one small bathroom and a bigger one with a shower and big bathtub. We also have a beautiful garden, that truly comes to life in spring. 
The Erasmus university is a 15-min bus ride away, Rotterdam Centraal is also about 15-min with the tram. 
Grocery stores are within walking distance.
