My room will be available from July 1 through September 1! This is a sublet with the option to stay on afterward. The room is located in the heart of Kralingen; it’s a 5-minute bike ride to Erasmus University and a 10-minute ride to Rotterdam Central Station. 

It’s a nice room on the top floor of the house, so you won’t be bothered by noise and it’s very quiet. You’ll be living in a cozy house with a shared kitchen, living room, two large bathrooms, a garden, and a balcony. 

I’ll leave all the furniture behind (such as the bed, desk, dressers, clothes rack, and a few other items)—we can discuss the details.
