Room for rent

Location: Rotterdam near city center

These rooms are located on the 13th floor, respectively at the front and rear of the house (139m2). The size of the first room is 35m2 and the other two rooms are 20m2. Both rooms are delivered furnished and have roller blinds. There is a shared bathroom (including washing machine), toilet, bicycle shed and kitchen (including oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric cooking hubs etc.). The prices for big room is € 650, - and other 2x are € 600, - per month, including water, gas, electricity and WiFi. The one-time deposit is equal to 1 month's rent. The rooms are available immediately and the rental period is negotiable.

The house is located close to 'Centrum'. It is located in a top location and a few minutes walk to shops of the Albert Heijn, LIDL and Jumbo. Within a 3 minute walk you are at the tram stop or metro station Wilhelminaplein.

General information
You share the house with 2 other girls. We are looking for independent but cozy inmates (girls), preferably ages 18 to 30. (Hygiene is therefore very important!).
