Room takeover in Rotterdam-Zuid, available immediately

I'm looking for someone to take over my furnished room on Korhaanstraat, Rotterdam-Zuid. You'll sign your own contract directly with the landlord.

THE ROOM
17 m², fully furnished and ready to move in:
- Bunk bed with mattress, duvet, pillows and bedding
- Wardrobe with shelving organiser
- Desk, desk chair, butterfly chair and 2 coffee tables
- Klippan sofa
- Small fridge
- Floor lamp, desk lamp and bedside lamp
- Blind, drawer unit and drying rack

SHARED (with 2 other rooms)
- Kitchen with oven/microwave, extractor hood, kettle, pans and crockery
- Bathroom
- Separate toilet
- Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies in the hallway

COSTS
- €575 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, furnishing and maintenance
- Municipal taxes (about €35 per month) are paid separately
- Deposit: €575

GOOD TO KNOW
- Fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, with no extension
- You can (and must) register at this address
- Single occupancy only, non-smoking, no pets
- Bikes go in the bike storage, not inside the building
- You need your own contents and liability insurance
- The takeover is subject to landlord approval
