About the place

Dear Expat, 
This nice room is located on the first floor in a quiet area with a bus stop 100m away. 
The toilet, kitchen and toilet must be shared and must be kept clean. I'm painting and tiling downstairs, but upstairs everything is new, nice and neat. 
If you stay in the Netherlands for 4 months, you do not need registration anyway. Can you prove that you can easily pay the rent and are you a student or working student, e.g. Intership? Then respond quickly. 
The room is now empty. 
You can move in straight away.
