About the place

Mobilized room of 20m2 in Capelle aan den IJssel, on a very quiet street.

The house is being renovated, but this room on the first floor is ready and tidy and everything is new.
The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are on the ground floor and you have to share this.

There is some work going on in the house, but often between 9am and 7pm, so you may be bothered by this.

The rental period is for a short period of time because we will be living in it ourselves.

If you are quiet, more at university / work than at home, you are not bothered by occasional noise and you have enough income to pay the rent, then respond to my call.
