About the place

My name is Pieter and I am 21 years old. I study International Business at the UAS. I am Dutch/Australian with an international background. I speak Dutch and English.
My interests are gaming, skiing, and kitesurfing.

I am looking for a non-smoking roommate in my two bedroom apartment. 
I would like someone who wants to have dinner a few times a week together, go for a beer and be social while at the same time has his own interests and life.

The apartment, recently renovated, is in a very central location with easy access to public transport, restaurants, bars and shops.
The room is 12 m2 and is furnished with a double bed, desk and cupboard.
We share the rest of the living space and household duties. Internet is included in the rent.
Utilities monthly payment is €120 with final settlement based on the actual costs.

The short term contract is until 31 December. If it clicks, extension is possible.
