We are looking for a tidy tenant to move into a nice room on Jaffa Street (Kralingen) starting September 1, 2026. The room is 13–14 m² and is located on the third floor. The rest of the house is fully equipped with modern amenities. You will share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with two others. The house features an oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. It is also a fantastic location! An Albert Heijn supermarket is literally around the corner. The university is a 10-minute bike ride away, and the tram stops right outside the door. The city center is close by, and even the metro is within walking distance. We also have the best backyard in Rotterdam: the Kralingse Bos! The rent for the furnished room is €730 per month, including gas, water, and electricity. You will be sharing the house with two working young professionals. We are looking for a sociable, clean, and tidy tenant who is either still studying or a young professional.
