About the place

A temporary room is available immediately in a family home in Rotterdam Sportdorp. The room is not very large, but it offers everything needed for a comfortable and practical stay. The room measures approximately 230 x 350 cm.

The house is shared with an older lady, her 18-year-old stepson and 2 cats. The bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden are shared. Use of the washing machine, kitchen utensils, towels and other usual household facilities is included in the rent.

As this is a shared home, we are looking for a quiet, tidy and respectful student who enjoys living in a homely environment and is considerate of the other residents.

Erasmus University can be reached by public transport in approximately 25 minutes, and the city centre is about 30 minutes away. Due to the location, we preferably looking for someone who studies in Rotterdam or the immediate surrounding area. Leiden or Delft is simply too far away and not practical for this accommodation.
