One of the rooms in our house will be available from August 1st, and we are looking for a new female housemate.

We live in a recently renovated house in Kralingseveer, Rotterdam, close to Capelsebrug metro station and Erasmus University Rotterdam.

• €850 per month  
• 1 month's rent as deposit  
• Includes water, electricity, heating, and internet

📌 Availability:
• From August 1st  
• Short- and long-term stays are possible
