Hey everyone, I am currently looking for 1 girl to share an apartment with starting end of july/august 2026, for minimum 1 year.

The apartment itself is located in Kralingen and has 3 bedrooms, so you will be living with 2 other girls. 

Its a very big furnished modern apartment with an amazing balcony, and is newly renovated. 

- 10-minute walk to RSM
- 10-minute bike ride to the city centre
- 10 minute bike ride to Kralingse bos
- ⁠The location is perfect, very close to the supermarkets.

The room is 18m2 with a big balcony attached to it.
There is the possibility to buy the furniture from the previous roommate for a good price.
The rent price is 981 euro per month excluding utilities. 

I am looking for a girl who is tidy and organized but also likes to have a drink with friends or have dinner with the other girls in the house and has their own social, sporty life!
