We offer fully equipped student rooms in a comfortable apartment in the west of Rotterdam. The apartment contains 3 private rooms with shared facilities (1 shower, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen).

All rooms are staffed with a single or queen size bed with comfortable high quality mattresses, desk, chair and storage space. 

Internet is available throughout the whole apartment in all private rooms and common area’s. (Wifi included in rent)

One equipped kitchen area with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and kitchenware.

Laundry area with washing machine, shared usage with co-tenants.

Depository for bikes in basement of the building.

Great location with public transport in front of the door. (comuting time to Erasmus University max. 30 mins.) 150 meters away from a busy shopping street. Bars, supermarkets and food courts nearby.

Pricelist for a minimum stay of 6 months:

€ 525,- private room, queen bed, 35 sq. m.

Above prices include gas, light, water, municipality taxes, high speed internet and unlimited usage of all facilities.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The rooms at this apartment are intended for single person use only. We have a strict one person to a room policy, also and especially with registration.
