About the place

The space for rent is on the second (=top) floor. It consists of connected rooms, separated by a sliding door. The bed room has its own separate bathroom and there is a toilet (for the tenant only) on the same floor. The second floor also has a balcony which use will be shared with me. (That will not be often.) The rooms have essential furniture: double bed, table+4 chairs and space for storing garments and other stuff.
The owner lives on ground and first floors. The use of the kitchen (ground floor) and washing machine will be in agreement with the host. The house is new and comfortable. The house is in Afrikaanderwijk, near to shops for amenities, to tram and metro stops and to railway station Zuid. Parking space is optional. 
The house is 100% non-smoking. The space for rent is for one single person. Pets are not welcome. The rental period will be up to 1 year.
