About the place

We currently have a cozy room available in Rotterdam, located on Hilledijk. The room is available from December 3rd and is exclusively intended for a male tenant.

Common areas, such as the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, are shared with other male tenants. Smoking is not allowed in the room or elsewhere in the property. 
The rent includes gas, electricity, water, and WiFi, so there are no additional costs.

Upon the first payment, both the rent and a security deposit will be collected.
