A spacious home what will be shared with two fun students on the same floor! The private room is spaciously laid out with a grand sized wardrobe and a comfortable two person bed. The rental price is including a cleaner who regularly cleans the common rooms, and including gas, water, electricity, internet.

The large living room, kitchen and bathroom is shared with the housemates. Furthermore, the neighborhood gives a quiet and safe feeling.

The location of the house is practical, there are two metro stations accessible on foot, namely Binnenhof and Graskruid. Furthermore, the Binnenhof shopping center is a 10-minute walk away and the Alexandrium shopping center is a 20-minute walk away. There is also a supermarket ''behind'' the house!
