About the place

For the period from early May until the end of August, we are looking for a subtenant (m/f) for a spacious room in our large guys' house.

The room & the house:
The room is spacious and comes fully furnished with a large bed, a desk, an extra storage cabinet, and a clothing rack. The house itself is incredibly large. We have a spacious shared living room and a great, fully equipped kitchen. The house is beautifully located in the charming Historical Delfshaven.

The housemates:
You will be living with 9 other guys. Three of us are in the final phase of our master's degrees, and the rest are working professionals. It is a very sociable house where we eat together every evening, but there is also plenty of room to retreat and do your own thing.

Rent: €625 per month (incl. gas/water/electricity and internet)
