Looking for a room in one of Rotterdam’s best locations? These rooms are situated right next to the Markthal, overlooking the historic St. Lawrence Church, and only a 3-minute walk from Blaak Station (train, metro and tram). Perfect for students or young professionals. The rooms will be rented including a bed (not yet shown in the photos).

The house has:

* 4 bedrooms
* Shared kitchen
* Shared bathroom
* Separate toilet

The bathroom and toilet are currently being renovated, which is why they are not shown in the photos.

Your future housemates

* 22-year-old male Master’s student in Finance & Investments at Erasmus University Rotterdam, active in the investment association B&R Beurs
* 19-year-old female Mechanical Engineering student at Delft University of Technology, member of the rowing association DSRV Laga

We are looking for someone who:

* Is between 18 and 25 years old
* Is enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme
* Can stay for at least one year
* Is clean and respectful, especially in shared spaces (there is a cleaning schedule)
* Respects housemates and neighbours and does not regularly host noisy parties
* Enjoys an occasional dinner or drink with housemates but is also independent
* Can pay a two-month deposit plus the first month’s rent in advance
* Can demonstrate financial stability (personally or through parents/guarantors)
