About the place

A room is available in a spacious two floor apartment with a shared living room, kitchen/dining area, and two bathrooms. You will be sharing with two tenants aged 28 and 30.

Monthly utilities and shared costs:

Gas, water, and electricity: approximately €40 per month
Washing machine: €8.20 per month
Internet: €7.75 per month

Total additional costs are approximately €55.95 per month.

We are looking for someone who is preferably working full time or nearing that stage. The apartment has a relaxed and tidy atmosphere, and we are looking for someone who will fit well into a respectful and easygoing shared living environment.
