We are looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate housemate! We have a room available in our shared house in Rotterdam West. It’s just 10 minutes from the city centre with public transport right across the street and a supermarket around the corner! About the room: - Furnished with a bed frame, table, chair, fridge, and your own balcony! - Optional: Buy a mattress + top mattress from the person moving out - Shared kitchen and bathroom with one other girl. Shared washing machines are present in the house. About the house: - You’ll live with 4 girls and 1 guy (ages 19-27). We are looking for politeness, cleanliness, and someone who is considerate towards their fellow tenants. - Minimum stay: 1 year - Move-in date: In consultation, preferably 9 March Price: €650/month + €100 advance for utilities Viewings: Sunday, 22 February in the afternoon.
