About the place

I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Rotterdam.

I’m 22 years old, originally from Cologne, Germany, and currently in my third year of International at Erasmus University.

The apartment is located on Generaal van der Heijdenstraat
, just a 5-minute walk from RSM. It’s a 78 m² apartment with a spacious shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, a small balcony, a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, and additional basement storage.

The available room is approximately 12 m² and comes furnished with a desk and wardrobes. The only thing you’ll need to bring is a bed.

The rent is €570 per month, including utilities.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. Students or young professionals are both welcome.
