About the place

Spacious flat in the centre of Rotterdam to share with a young professional. The flat has a balcony (west-facing), living room, bathroom, and separate toilet. The bedrooms are about 14m²

The house has three bedrooms, two of which are available for rent. I am looking for two housemates or, ideally, one who wants an extra room for hobbies, an office or a walk-in wardrobe. I travel a lot for work and am only home about 10 days a month.

Additional building facilities: bicycle storage, basement storage and shared roof terrace.
