About the place

The location is very convenient, Schiedam Centrum station is only a 15-minute walk away, and supermarkets can be reached in around 7 minutes on foot.

The room is private, furnished, and benefits from a lot of natural light, making it a very comfortable place to live.

The house is shared by 4 people in total (3 roomates) and has 2 bathrooms, so in practice we use one bathroom for every 2 tenants. There is also 1 shared shower, a shared kitchen, and a washing machine.

This room is ideal for someone who wants a bright and spacious living space in a peaceful area with good access to public transportation.
The monthly rent is €925 all inclusive, including internet, gas, water, electricity, and heating.

Please note that the room is not available for couples and pets are not allowed.
Viewings will take place during the week on 15 April and 22 April, and also on one weekend day still to be confirmed.
