About the place

If you are looking for a peaceful place to call home, this is it. You would be sharing the house with me; I am a quiet 33-years young  man. I am mostly only home at night to sleep because I work a lot, so the place is essentially all yours. You can stay until December 31, 2026, but if things go well, you are certainly welcome to stay longer (an indefinite stay is possible what i want ). You are free to use everything in the house, from cutlery to pots and pans. I still need to buy a wardrobe, but I haven't had the time yet; that will be taken care of. You just need to bring your clothes, and that’s it. I would prefer a female tenant who has a permanent employment contract (for stability). The apartment is on the fourth floor but was renovated in 2025—which explains the price, as everything is new. Plus, you are right next to shops downstairs: Dirk, Lidl, a Polish supermarket, a hairdresser, a bakery, pizza places, and a Primera.
