About the place

A furnished room 12,5m2 with a balcony is available in a shared apartment located in Rotterdam, Epicurusstraat, close to train station Rotterdam Lombardijen (6min by walk)

The apartment is shared with me (34 years old, working professional) and my 11-year-old Siberian cat, Layla. Layla is calm and friendly and has access to the entire apartment, so I am looking for someone who likes animals and feels comfortable living with a cat.

The household is quiet, clean, and respectful, and I value a relaxed and pleasant living environment with clear and friendly communication (in English).



I am looking for a working professional, preferably around my age, who is calm, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and able to communicate comfortably in English.
