Rooms for female students, available immediately: a newly renovated apartment with four bedrooms, shared by four girls. 

Location: Edmond Hellenraadstraat, post code: 3067 NS. Erasmus University(EUR) is 12 minutes by bike. Bus stops are around the corner which takes you to EUR in 10 minutes and further to the city center. Metro station is about a kilometer away which can also take you to the city center in a few stops.

The apartment is a few hundred meters from a small shopping center and 10-minute walk to another large shopping center. The great Alexandrium shopping mall is also in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor accessible by lift and stairs. Shared areas are entry hall; kitchen; dining area; toilet; bathroom with a shower and bathtub; storage cabinets; a separate storage room on the ground floor for the bikes. There are free parking lots in front of the apartment. 

The new kitchen is equipped with cooking plates/oven/fridge/microwave/washing machine.

Bedrooms are provided with a bed with mattress, bedside a desk, a chair, a cupboard for clothes.

Rental includes use of furniture and all facilities, water, electricity, heating, and WIFI internet usage. Deposit is two-months rental. Tenancy agreement with landlord directly. Registration at the city hall possible.
